How long does the demo take?

About 20 minutes. We keep it focused — enough to show you how FlexiEle works for your service and to answer your questions, without taking half your morning.

Who should join from our side?

Whoever owns the decision — often a registered manager, owner or operations lead. You're welcome to bring a senior carer or your CQC lead; many providers find that useful.

Is it a video or a phone call?

Your choice — pick video or phone when you book. Video lets us share the screen and actually show you the platform, so it's usually the most useful.

We're already on another system — is it still worth it?

Yes. Tell us what you run today and we'll show you exactly how a managed, no-exit-fee migration would work. See how switching works.

What happens after I book?

You'll get a confirmation email with a calendar invite and, for video calls, a Microsoft Teams joining link. Need to move the time? Just reply to that email.
