A carer records what they observed, the clip is preserved as evidence, and our self-hosted transcription drops editable text into the note for them to confirm. Because special-category health data never leaves our UK infrastructure, the data-residency story is clean for UK GDPR — no audio sent to a third-party cloud.

The early-warning signal
Individual notes answer “what’s happening now?”. Trends answer “what’s the pattern?”. Over a 7-, 14- or 30-day window the keyworker sees nutrition, mood, sleep and soft-sign clusters chart out — so a gradual decline is spotted as a trend, days before it becomes an incident.
