About FlexiEle

Why we built FlexiElefor care.

FlexiEle began as a platform for managing regulated workforces. We built it for adult social care because care software had split the record of the care from the people who give it — and 2026 made that split untenable.

The story

From a workforce platform to a care platform.

FlexiEle's foundation is workforce management — the recruitment, training, supervision and compliance that regulated, people-heavy organisations live or die by.

Adult social care in 2026 is defined by exactly those pressures: a reformed CQC framework that inspects on evidence, a closed overseas-recruitment route, and a workforce that is, for the first time, genuinely finite. Yet most care software still treats the workforce as someone else's problem — a third-party tool to integrate later.

So we built a care platform on a workforce foundation, so that the care and the people behind it would never be two separate systems.

What we believe

Four things that shaped the product.

Care quality is staff quality

The standard of care is the standard of the people giving it — so the workforce belongs in the care record, not a spreadsheet beside it.

One record beats five tools

A provider running a care record, a rota tool, eMAR, training and HR separately is doing the same work five times. One platform ends that.

Evidence is a by-product of good care

An inspection pack should assemble itself as care is delivered — not be reconstructed in a week of panic before an inspector arrives.

Honest beats shiny

We would rather tell a provider plainly what we hold, what we are working towards, and what we cannot promise — than show a badge we have not earned.

How we work

A new platform, built for this moment in care.

FlexiEle is a new platform — and we think that is an advantage. It means the product is built around the 2026 framework and the 2026 pressures, rather than a decade-old system being patched to keep up.

It also means we are honest about where we are: this site tells you what FlexiEle does today, what is on the way, and what we are still working towards — including our own certifications.

  • Built for the 2026 CQC framework from the ground up — not retrofitted
  • Residential and domiciliary care treated as equal peers
  • Carer-first: the tool should disappear into the round, not compete with it
  • Honest about what we hold today and what is still in progress
Talk to us

Care providers want to know who is behind the software.

That is fair — and the best way to find out is to talk to us directly. Book a 20-minute demo and you will meet the team that builds FlexiEle, not a sales script.
